Washburn University School of Law’s personal touch doesn’t end with graduation; we continue to support you as you prepare to take the bar exam. The first component of this support is the institutional agreement with BarBri to ensure every graduate has access to a post-graduation bar preparation course. The second component is a post graduation program to supplement the commercial course.
In this second component, the school provides:
- opportunities to practice bar exam style questions under a variety of conditions and receive feedback;
- workshops to drill deeper into some of the frequently tested topics within the core subjects;
- mutual accountability with Washburn School of Law peers; and
- food or raffle entries for some additional financial support at the end of the summer.
Anticipated Subject Order (added 5/19/24)
After compiling the results from the 18 individuals who completed the 5/16 quiz that asked participants to rank bar tested subjects from most important to receive duplicate coverage for to least important to receive duplicate coverage for, below is the anticipated order of subject reviews. These will be interspersed with the skills workshops that focus on bar essay writing, multiple choice skills, and performance test strategies. When we run out of workshop sessions, duplicate coverage will end where it ends.
